Terms and Conditions

NAATIMaster is an independent practice platform for NAATI CCL preparation across supported languages. It provides practice dialogues, mock tests, vocabulary, flashcards, transcription, AI-generated scoring, and feedback tools.

NAATIMaster is not NAATI and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by NAATI. Official test rules, bookings, results, and accreditation decisions are controlled by NAATI.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use NAATIMaster.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, attack the platform, upload unlawful content, copy protected content for redistribution, or use the service in a way that disrupts access for others.

You must not use NAATIMaster during a real NAATI test or use the service to breach NAATI test rules. You must not upload, submit, copy, reproduce, distribute, or disclose real NAATI test questions, recordings, screenshots, prompts, candidate materials, or any other protected NAATI test content through the service.

AI scoring, transcription, and feedback are practice tools only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. They do not guarantee any test result, migration outcome, or NAATI credential.

NAATIMaster's scoring model is informed by publicly available NAATI CCL marking guidance and our own implementation. You should use feedback as study guidance, not as official marking advice. Official NAATI materials and communications remain the source of truth for the real test.

You select a language other than English (LOTE) when creating your account. The available choices are based on the catalogues currently published in NAATIMaster. You can change your selected LOTE in your preferences.

Changing your LOTE changes the catalogue and study content used for new activity. It does not convert or delete earlier activity. Previous practice history remains associated with the language in which it was completed and may be identified by a language code such as UR or HI.

Free, Pro, and Ultra tiers provide different access to dialogues, mock tests, scoring, reports, vocabulary, phrases, Smart Review, and downloads. The features and prices shown at checkout form part of your purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew weekly or monthly, according to the interval selected at checkout, until cancelled. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid subscription period. Switching plan or interval takes effect immediately, starts a fresh allowance, and forfeits unused allowance from the previous plan. This is shown before you confirm a switch.

If you delete your account, any active paid subscription is cancelled immediately and account access ends immediately.

We may develop or change plans over time. Material changes to a paid plan will be applied prospectively where reasonably practicable and will not limit any remedy required by law.

We do not provide change-of-mind refunds for unused time, unused allowances, or cancellation during a billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current subscription period.

Our services come with rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those rights or remedies.

Plan limits, including dialogue scoring, mock test scoring, re-scoring, full report access, and recording availability, are enforced by the platform. Pro allowances reset based on the user's subscription period, not the calendar month.

Free includes two fixed standalone dialogue attempts, each with one AI score, and one fixed mock test that can be recorded and reviewed but not AI-scored. These are lifetime allowances. Free users receive a limited portion of vocabulary, phrases, and Smart Review, but cannot download offline Anki decks.

Pro includes 10 standalone dialogue scorings per weekly period or 30 per monthly period, plus three complete mock-test scorings per period. Ultra has no subscription-period scoring quota, but remains subject to the rolling fair-use limits below. Only Ultra includes full reports with prompt and user transcripts, optimal interpretations, and playback of retained user audio.

Pro and Ultra include up to 100 saved dialogue-attempt units in a rolling 24-hour window. A standalone dialogue uses one unit; a full mock reserves two. Ultra also includes up to 50 AI scoring calls in a rolling 24-hour window, and a full mock score or whole-mock re-score uses two calls. Failed scoring calls are released. These shared fair-use limits protect service quality and do not reset merely because the page is refreshed.

By recording practice attempts, you allow NAATIMaster to process your microphone audio recordings for transcription, scoring, feedback, history, and report features. This permission is limited to operating, securing, and improving the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Recording audio is retained for up to 30 days, subject to technical deletion timing and any retention required by law.

The webcam preview is used to mimic the real test environment. NAATIMaster does not record or upload webcam video.

The NAATIMaster platform, interface, practice content, vocabulary, flashcards, scoring format, and related materials are owned by NAATIMaster or its licensors, except where otherwise stated. You may use them for personal study only.

You retain ownership of your own recordings and transcript corrections. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and transmit them to provide the service.

NAATIMaster relies on third-party services for functions such as billing, email delivery, data storage, transcription, and AI scoring. Their availability and handling of information may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of providers involved and how personal information may be disclosed.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or product changes. We may update, add, remove, or modify features as the platform develops, subject to your non-excludable rights and the commitments applying to your current paid period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAATIMaster is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, exam outcomes, migration outcomes, lost data, or reliance on AI feedback. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not exclude any consumer guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, create risk for the service, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. It also explains how to request access, correction, or deletion and how to make a privacy complaint.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated terms with a new last-updated date and provide additional notice where a change is material and it is reasonably practicable to do so. Changes do not apply retrospectively unless required by law.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Australia. Courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under those laws may hear disputes arising from these terms or your use of NAATIMaster. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
